These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 3DBuildBot Industries ("3DBuildBot", "we", "us"), including the website at 3dbuildbot.com, the API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
3DBuildBot operates a software platform that ingests customer-provided CAD files, generates indicative manufacturing quotes, and routes accepted orders to third-party fulfillment partners ("Manufacturing Partners") for production and shipment. 3DBuildBot is a broker; physical parts are produced by the Manufacturing Partner that accepts the order.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Subscription plans and fees
Subscription plans (Starter, Creator, Engineering Pro, Growth, Enterprise) are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in U.S. dollars. Per-part manufacturing charges are billed at the time of order. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in Section 7.
4. Customer content and intellectual property
- You retain all rights to the CAD files, models, and other materials you upload ("Customer Content").
- You grant 3DBuildBot a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and share Customer Content with Manufacturing Partners solely as required to fulfill your orders.
- You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload Customer Content and that production does not infringe any third party's rights.
5. Confidentiality
3DBuildBot treats Customer Content as confidential. Files are stored on encrypted storage and made available only to Manufacturing Partners engaged in producing your order. On Engineering Pro and above, signed NDAs are in place with each Manufacturing Partner.
6. Production and delivery
Lead times and prices shown at checkout are estimates produced by 3DBuildBot's quoting engine. Final pricing and lead times may be revised by the Manufacturing Partner after a manufacturability review; we will notify you of any change before charging or producing. Shipping risk transfers to you upon dispatch by the Manufacturing Partner.

8. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to (a) manufacture firearms, weapons, or weapon components prohibited by the jurisdiction of production or delivery; (b) reproduce trademarked, copyrighted, or patented goods without authorization; (c) circumvent export-control regulations; or (d) probe, scan, or interfere with the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". 3DBuildBot makes no warranty that quotes will match final production costs, that any specific Manufacturing Partner will be available, or that parts will meet every application-specific requirement. You are responsible for validating parts before use in any safety-critical or regulated application.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DBuildBot's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Sections 4, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
